Full cooking instructions will be on your Turkey Crown however Crowns are very easy to cook. Defrost for at least 24 hours before cooking to make sure the Turkey Crown is fully defrosted. Remove the Turkey from fridge around 30 mins prior to cooking.
Pre-heat your oven to 170c, remove all packaging from the turkey, season with salt & pepper. We recommend 15 mins cooking time with a further 15 mins per pound. So a 2.2 lb Turkey would be 15 mins plus approx. 35 mins. Do not cover this size of Turkey with foil as it needs enough time to go golden brown. The Turkey should be hot in the centre and juices clear.
If it’s not quite done add 5 mins and check again, repeat until cooked though – make sure the Turkey is cooked in the centre. Once cooked, cover with foil and rest for at least 15 mins.
