Cook for 30 – 35 mins from frozen at 180-190 deg C.
Take a sachet of sauce from the freezer and allow that to defrost. Add the fruit from the duck to the sauce in a thick bottomed pan. Heat the sauce gently for a few mins once you have removed the duck from the oven.
The duck breasts just need a few minutes to rest before carving across the the breast into nice chunky slices. Fan the breast pieces out on a plate and drizzle the sauce over the top.
