Cook for 30 – 35 mins from frozen at 180-190 deg C. Cover the duck breasts with foil so the fruit does not burn. After 15 minutes receive the foil for the remainder of the cooking time. The duck breasts just need a few minutes to rest before carving across the the breast into nice chunky slices. Fan the breast pieces out on a plate and serve with your favourite vegetables or mixed salad.
