Full cooking instructions will be with your Turkey Crown however it’s very easy to cook – defrost for at least 24 hours before cooking to make sure the Turkey is fully defrosted. Remove Turkey from fridge 30 mins prior to cooking. Pre-heat your oven to 170c, remove all packaging from the turkey, season with salt & pepper, cover with foil and then oven bake. We recommend 15 mins, with a further 15 mins per pound. So a 4.4lb Turkey would be 15 mins plus app. 70 mins. Remove the foil for at least 30 mins of cooking time to allow the Turkey to brown.
If the Crown is not quite done add 5 mins and check again, repeat until cooked though – check the Turkey is cooked in the centre before serving. Once cooked cover with foil and rest for at least 20 mins or until you are ready to carve.
