Easy to cook. Defrost season with salt and pepper then grill under a medium heat for 3 mins each side, ensure the fish is cooked through, add a squeeze of fresh lemon and serve. To cook from frozen add a couple of minutes each side or oven bake at 180 deg C for approx. 10 mins.
