North Atlantic caught Cod Loins in a crispy breadcrumb coating. Cod Loins are thicker than the Cod fillet, so they are slightly more expensive. Both are available and are equally as delicious.

Cod (60%), breadcrumb - wheatflour, vegetable oil, salt, e535, (anticaking agent), yeast
Pre-heat your oven to 200c. Place the Breaded Cod Loins onto a preheated baking tray and oven bake for 20-25 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the cod is hot in the centre.
