Wonderful aromas fill your kitchen whilst your taste buds go wild with this superb Chinese Aromatic Cispy Duck. A traditional Chinese recipe that Includes 20 pancakes (2 packets of 10) and some extremely tasty Hoisin Sauce.

Duck Duck Breast, water, aniseed, fairchiew pepper, fennel seed, liquorice root, dried ginger, cinnamon, round cardamon, clove, orange peel, bay leaf, fresh ginger, salt and rock sugar. Pancakes Gluten, Wheat flour, water, salt, oil. Hoisin Sauce - Sugar, water, soybeans, salt, sweet potato, modified corn starch, sesame seeds, garlic, colour e150c, wheat flour, chilli pepper, spices, acid e260, preservative e202.
Fully defrost the duck then pre-heat your oven to 230c, it needs to be very hot. Remove all the packing and place the Duck in an oven proof dish, cook for 35-40 minutes until the Duck skin is very crispy and golden brown. Whilst the duck is cooking slice some spring onions & cucumber for serving. When cooked and very crispy remove the Duck from the oven and shred using 2 forks, cover with foil to keep it warm. Heat the pancakes for 30 seconds in the microwave and then serve with as much of the Hoisin Sauce as you like.
