Our delicious Bonless Duck Breasts are high quality, moist and very flavoursome. You can create your own recipes but we also have delicious Barbary Duck with Fruits of the Forest.
Duck breasts are best pan fried skin down and then oven baked. Pre-heat your oven to 180c. Place the Duck Breasts skin down in a very hot frying pan or skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the fat is turning a nice golden brown, then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then palce the Duck into a roasting tin and bake for 15-20 minutes ( a little more for well done).
