Absolutely SUPERB - these delicious shredded duck & vegetables spring rolls are a customer favourite, with hoisin sauce & wrapped in thin pastry they are served with Sweet & Sour Sauce. Great to have in the freezer for a quick VERY TASTY snack, cook from frozen, a pack of 20 rolls per order.

Ingredients: Pastry (wheatflour, salt, water, palm oil), Shredded Duck 20%, onion, spring onions 16%, Hoisin Sauce 8% (palm oil, soy sauce, sugar, yellow beans, dark soy sauce, molasses, sugar, brown sugar, soy bean, wheatflour, water), Soy Bean Curd (soybean, water, red yeast rice, sugar, salt), rice wine vinegar, garlic, modified tapioca starch, sesame oil, five spice, pepper, palm oil.
Sweet & Sour Sauce: tomato paste 40%, chilli 1.5%, vinegar 15%, water 43.5%

Cook from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200c, empty the rolls onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes until the pastry of the rolls turns slightly golden. Serve with the Sweet & Sour Sauce provided ( palce this into a bowl and allow to defrost whilst the spring rolls are cooking).
