Turkey Crowns are super easy to cook, which certainly helps to keep things running smoothly on Christmas Day. There is no prep required, no messing around with legs, wings or giblets, simply defrost the Turkey and then oven bake at 17oc-180c. Most Turkeys will need at least 24-36 hours to fully defrost, therefore we recommend you defrost yours in the fridge 36 hours before you want to cook it.
Oven Bake – pop the Turkey Crown in a deep baking tray, cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at approx. 180c. After 1 hour remove the foil, add a little butter and bake for another 30 minutes. Full cooking instructions will also be provided with each Turkey Crown.
