Mixed Fishcake Selection 20 x 114g (GF)


GLUTEN FREE mixed fishcakes: A lovely mix of: 5 Thai flavour with Cod & Prawn, 5 Smoked Haddock, 5 Salmon & Dill and 5 Florentine Melts.  This is a fantastic selection of fishcakes (which are all gluten free) & so easy to cook from frozen. Just oven bake from frozen Note: The Thai flavour & salmon with dill are gluten free & cheese free but contain lactose ( milk powder). The smoked haddock fishcakes are gluten free, cheese free AND lactose free.

For best results, cook from frozen.

Deep fry: in preheated oil at 180°C for 8-9 minutes. Oven bake: place on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 18-20 minutes. Grill: under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side. Shallow fry: in oil over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side.

For the Smoked Haddock Florentine Melts:

Deep fry in preheated oil at 180°C for 13 – 14 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. Rational: Preheat the Rational to 200°c at 100% heat. Cook the product on a preheated tray for 18-20 minutes. Oven Bake: Pre-heat the oven to 200ᵒC (fan) & cook the product for 24 – 26 minutes turning half way through cooking. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Smoked Haddock: smoked haddock (FISH) (31%) [haddock, salt, colours (turmeric, annatto norbixin)], potato (31%), haddock (FISH) (13%), water, rice flour, rapeseed oil, gram flour, maize starch, potato starch, amaranth flour, salt, maize flour, dextrose, onion, garlic, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), parsley, chives, black pepper, thickening agent (E415).
