** NEW - Halibut Steaks  8 - 10oz ((230 - 290g) we have been trying to obtain a regular source of excellent Halibut Steaks for a while now & we have them! Sourced from Iceland, they are ready filleted & portioned so you can juts take what you need as you need it, all individual and no bulk. There is skin on the edge ( you can easily remove once cooked if you wish) and as with all steaks there is a central round bone in the centre. Leave the bone in ( the halibut cooks better), then eat the fish around it. A superb fish and one of the few fish that tastes like the sea, you can taste the sea salt! 4 portions per pack.
