100% Duck Breasts
Duck breasts are best pan fried skin down and then oven baked. Pre-heat your oven to 180c. Place the Duck Breasts skin down in a very hot frying pan or skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the fat is turning a nice golden brown, then turn over and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Then place the Duck into a roasting tin & bake for 15-20 minutes (a little more for well done).
