John Dory Fillets scaled and boneless (skin-on). John Dory is a saltwater fish, white flesh with a firm yet flaky texture. It has a slightly sweet flavour and very popular in restaurants these days. For best results defrost then pan fry with oil and butter skin side down for 5-6 minutes baste with butter. Or Grill turning once 3 -4 minutes each side
