For best results cook from frozen: Deep fry: carefully lower the fillets into pre-heated oil or fat and fry for 4-5 minutes. Grill: Place fillets under a medium / high heat in the base of a pre-heated grill pan and grill for 12–15 minutes. Oven bake: pre-heat your oven to 200c. Place the fillets onto a pre–heated baking tray and bake in a for 18–20 minutes.
