Lemon Sole is best grilled, you can grill from frozen. Pre-heat your grill to medium hot, place the Lemon sole on some foil and place under the grill, once the fillets have defrosted slightly and softened add a little butter and sesoning, a little lemon juice if you wish and continue to grill for 5-6 minutes. You can also pan fry the Lemon Sole, for this defrosting the fish first is recommended, then coat the fillets in a light dusting of flour, add a small knob of butter to the frying pan and once the pan is hot add the Lemon Sole. Pan fry approximately 7-8 minutes until cooked through and the flesh is white not clear.
