Our Beef Wellington is one of our most popular dishes, we use very tender Scotish fillet steak, top it with chicken liver & bacon pate then add button mushrooms before seasoning and wrapping it all in handmade puff pastry. A great classic dish for dinner parties, expecially if want to create a homemade feel without all the homemade work in the kitchen. Just brush with a little egg before cooking.

Cook your Beef Wellingtons from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200 -210c. Brush with a little egg wash or milk and place in the centre of the oven. Bake for approximately 35 minutes until the pastry has puffed and is fully cooked. We recommend serving with your favourite vegetables and a red wine or port gravy.
