Its best to cook the Lamb once defrosted so if possible leave the Lamb to defrost overnight in your fridge. If you don't have time, leave for a few hours until defrosted as much as possible. Place the Lamb on a foil covered baking tray or grill rack and grill under a medium hot grill for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally. If you like your Lamb to be pink then cook for a minute or two less. If you like the meat well done or the fat on the steaks to be crisp (not very healthy but delicious) then turn up the heat or cook a little longer. Either way, the Lamb steaks will be very tender. Serve and enjoy.
