We recommend to cook al pastries from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190-200c. Place the encroutes on a lightly greased baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and golden brown and the centre is hot. If you prefer to defrost first reduce cooking times by 5-10 minutes.
