Red peppers cooked in a light & creamy Stilton cheese sauce encased in a light puff pastry case. So convenient to have in your freezer as they cook straight from frozen.
For best results cook from frozen: Pre-heat your oven and a lightly greased baking tray to 180c (fan assisted) and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the pastry is puffed and golden. Check the en-croutes are hot in the centre before serving, if not but them back in the oven for a further 5-10 minutes until hot in the centre.

Red Peppers 80%, Stilton Cheese 15%, sauce: Cream, Whole Milk, onions, salt, pepper, Stilton cheese, flour, single cream. Pastry: plain and wheat flour, butter, salt. parsley.
