Salmon with rich green florets of Brocolli mixed with a light cream dill sauce coated in crispy golden breadcrumbs. These fishcakes are also known as "salmon shanties". They cook straight from frozen, very easy and convenient.

Salmon shanties are best cooked from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200c /gas mark 6. Place the shanties on a greased heated baking tray and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden and the fishcakes are hot in the centre.
