For best results cook from frozen: Deep fry: Preheat oil to 180c. Deep fry squid for 3 – 4 minutes until golden brown. Oven: Preheat oven to 220c /gas mk 7. Place squid on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown. Turn once halfway through cooking.
