Smoked Haddock Imperials are best oven cooked from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190c, place the Imperials on a greased baking tray, brush with a little egg and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. If defrosted reduce cooking times by 5-7 minutes.
