A naturally smoked Haddock fillet with a cheese and spinach sauce encased in a light puff pastry case. Not only is this a a very tasty meal but it's also very easy to cook. Simply pre-heat your oven and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.

Place on a lightly greased baking tray and put into an oven pre-heated to 200°c (Gas mark 6) and cook for 30-35 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish cooked through.
