Cook from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200c. Cover the Turkey Tournedos with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for a further 10 minutes to allow the Bacon to brown and crisp. Ensure the Tournedos are cooked through and piping hot before serving.
