Give this fantastic Wild Sockeye Salmon a try whilst it’s on offer & sustainable - caught in the North West Pacific (FAO 61), Skinless boneless fillets approx  5 - 6oz each (140-170g), with a firm texture, Sock Eye is one of the few wild salmon species approved to fish Salmon, Sockeye, Red Salmon, Bluebacks, Redfish - The five species (chinook, chum, coho, pink and sockeye) of Pacific salmon are members of a large family of fish known as salmonidae, which are abundant throughout the temperate zones of the northern and southern hemispheres.

How to cook sockeye salmon

Sockeye Salmon can be cooked from frozen: Boil in the pouch for 5-6 mins.

Defrosted: pan fry in oil and butter for 3-4 mins each side or grill under medium heat for 3-4 mins each side.
