We recommend to defrost before cooking, either overnight in the fridge or for a few hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, heat a little oil in a pan, heat until very hot, so hot that the Swordfish sizzles when added to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until the fish is cooked through. Perfect for Taco’s or with your favourite vegetables.
