DELIVERY TIMES & COURIER
ALL ORDERS PLACED BY 1PM WILL BE SENT OUT THE SAME DAY (MON – THURS) – orders placed after 1pm will be sent out the next day.
NEXT DAY – EXPRESS DELIVERY is the service we use for all parcels – they will arrive at your home between 8am & 6pm
There is no need to be home on delivery day – if you need to pop out or you will be at work we can leave your parcel in a safe place, like a porch, shed, garage etc or with a neighbour – when you go to checkout there is a space to add these notes in “add notes about your order”. If you have a particular day you prefer your delivery to be made on just add this in the notes too….for example you can say “Please deliver on Wednesday & leave in porch”. ( Remember, your order will stay frozen with the Dry Ice). See below for the days we deliver.
We deliver on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s & Friday’s
We offer UK Mainland FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £60, if your order is under this amount the delivery charge is £8. Parcels to Northern Ireland are charged at £28 plus £1 per kilo – We are sorry we cannot ship to some Scottish Postcodes, The Highlands or The Channel Islands.
PACKAGING & DRY ICE
Great care is taken with our packaging to ensure your products are kept at the optimum temperature. Your parcel is individually hand packed by our experienced team members. We then place your order into our insulated boxes, we add Dry Ice (which is how your order stays frozen during delivery) & then secure it ready for next day delivery.
Dry Ice is a fantastic product, it is solid carbon dioxide (CO²) and exists at a temperature of – 78.6°C. It is colourless, tasteless, odourless and bacteriostatic (stops bacteria from re-producing). Dry Ice turns directly from its solid state to a gas (CO²), leaving no residue, remaining dry and keeping your products perfectly frozen.
