Pre-heat oven to 180-190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for approx. 20 minutes, then cover with foil ( so the tops don’t burn) and cook for a further 20 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden AND the purses are hot in the centre. Ovens vary so you may need to adjust the times.
