COOK FROM FROZEN: This product is RAW chicken and must be cooked thoroughly To oven cook from frozen: Preheat theoven to 190°C /375°F/ Gas mark 5 (fan-assisted oven: heat to 180°C). Spread evenly on the middle tray of the preheated oven. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C, place the nuggets in the basket, and fry for 11 minutes. Appliances may vary; therefore, these cooking times should be used as guidelines only. Ensure product is piping hot and hot in the centre before serving.
