Our Coquilles St Jacques are made with queen scallops, pieces of salmon and salad prawns. All these wonderful ingredients are served in a natural scallop shell in a delicious white wine sauce. The dish is decorated with piped potato, topped with gruyere cheese and garnished with sprinkling of paprika so there's nothing else to add.. Our Coquilles St Jacques make a great seafood starter for any dinner party. They look great and taste even better. Pre-heat your oven to 190c. Remove all the packaging from the Coquille St Jacques and place them in centre of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes from frozen or 20 minutes if defrosted. Let the piped potato turn golden and check the Coquille St Jacques are cooked through. Serve in the shell.
