🇬🇧 Wonderful British Gammon Joint 2kg - Perfect for Sunday Roasts, cook to your favourite recipe. Boned and rolled, ready for you to cook.
All of our Pork, Beef and chicken is British from UK farms. We also have Beef Roasting Joints and Pork Roasting Joints.
Oven bake at 180c for approximately 2 hours or bake to the instructions of your recipe. Check the gammon is tender and not chewy ( if it is not tender, cook for another 30 minutes) and check it is hot in the centre. Leave to rest for 5 minutes after cooking.
