Lemon Parsley Haddock x 6

Haddock fillets made with a light dusting of lemon and parsley breadcrumb. Very easy to cook by oven baking for 25 mins. This is an excellent product because you can cook from frozen, making this dish perfect to have stocked in your freezer for quick mid-week meals.

For best results cook from frozen: Grill: Place fillets under a medium / high heat in the base of a pre-heated grill pan and grill for 12–15 minutes. Oven bake: pre-heat your oven to 200c. Place the fillets onto a pre–heated baking tray and bake in a for 18–20 minutes.
