Breaded Plaice – 4

White fillets of Plaice lightly breaded with a golden crumb. So tasty and very easy to cook, simply grill from frozen (see times below) no defrosting required which makes them ideal to keep in stock for last minute meals. Individually portioned so just take what you need from the freezer when you need it. . Serve with traditional chips & peas or salad and new potatoes, delicious!

Oven bake or grill from FROZEN: Oven -Pre-heat your oven to 180c. Put the Plaice fillets onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins. until you can see the breadcrumbs are golden and the fish is white ( not opaque) – Check the fish is hot in the centre before serving.
