This product is RAW chicken and must be cooked thoroughly – ensure product is piping hot before serving. To oven cook from frozen: Preheat theoven to 190°C /375°F/ Gas mark 5 (fan-assisted oven: heat to 180°C). Spread the product evenly on the middle tray of the preheated oven. Bake the product for 10-12 minutes. Traditional fryer: Preheat oil to 180°C. Place shredded chicken in the oil and fry for approximately 3-5 minutes.
