British Baby Squid, IQF ( Individually Quick Frozen), cleaned and ready to cook. Once defrosted these can be sliced into rings or cut into strips. Superb with stri-fry veg or you can breadcrumb them and serve with your favourite dip. Squid cooks very quickly so it only needs a few minutes. We also have squid rings or breaded squid rings

DEFROST TO COOK: Once defrosted you can cut the squid into strips or rings and fry with onions, chillies, spring onions, ginger, soya sauce for an asian inspired starter OR you can breadcrumb them ( dip in egg and then breadcrumbs) and fry for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. The squid cooks quickly, if you overcook the squid in will be tough, so hot and quick!
