Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a fan assisted oven to 190 deg C / Gas Mark 5. Place the Purses on a lightly greased baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, then cover lightly with foil ( just to stop the top of the purse burning), cook for a further 10- 15 min until the pastry is crisp & golden brown ( not soggy) AND check the purses are HOT in the centre before serving, if not add another 5 minutes and check again.
All ovens vary so times are approximate, you may need to adjust the times to suit your oven, a little less or a little longer.Â
