Place on a lightly greased baking tray and put into an oven pre-heated to 200°c (Gas mark 6) and cook for 30-35 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish cooked through.

    A lovely chunky piece of perfectly smoked haddock in a tasty sauce encased in puff pastry. Cooks perfectly in 30-35 minutes and tastes divine when served with soft, buttery mash and garden peas. Set to become a real family favourite – recommended.
