Each order gives you 4 chicken breasts (our photograph shows 3 breasts for the design effect but there are 4 per order). 4 British chicken breasts weighing 190g -210g each. We recommend you defrost your chicken breasts before cooking ( if you prefer to cook from frozen please add 10 minutes to the cooking times).

To grill – gril the chicken breasts under a medium hot grill for 20-22 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook until breasts are cooked through and white in the centre.To oven bake – place the chicken breasts in a pre-heated oven proof dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190c. You can add your favourite spices / herbs or marinade or use in your favoruite recipe.To stir fry/ curries – heat a table spoon of oil in a pan until hot, dice the chicken breasts and add to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned on all sides. Then add your vegetables and sauce mix and simmer for 15 minutes or following your recipe instructions.
