Microwave each pudding from frozen for about 1min – turn upside down and place into a  microwaveable bowl -microwave ovens vary so some may need a little longer. Once the sauce is runny and the pud is hot in the middle it’s ready to eat. Serve with Ice Cream

Tried these puddings which are truly delicious. The sauce is creamy and really taste of lemon. Trying sticky toffee pudding next. Highly recommended.
