LOBSTER TAILS ARE RAW & NEED COOKING:
Cooking Instructions: defrost the using a heavy knife to cut in half lengthways. You can grill as is or add some garlic butter or cheese then grill for 5-10 minutes, cut into meat and check is white all through, if it looks opaque it needs a little longer.
