Chilli & Mango Prawns are best cooked from frozen. We have found oven cooking to be the best although they can be deep fried as well. To oven cook: preheat your oven to 220c and bake on a pre-heated baking tray for 15-20 minutes. To fry: fry in hot oil for 4 – 6 minutes until cooked through and golden.
