We recommend to grill or griddle ( or BBQ in the summer!) – you can do this from frozen or defrost first, up to you. Grill from defrosted under a medium hot grill for 18-20 mins turning once. If cooking from frozen add 5 mins depending on your grill. If BBQ please defrost first as it will cook much better 🙂 You can also oven bake: oven proof dish on 180c for around 20 mins ( again if cooking from frozen add and extra 5 mins)
