Pre-heat the oven to 180/190 deg C. Put the fish on a sheet of baking parchment on a baking sheet, brush with a little oil, then grate over the lemon zest and season with black pepper. From frozen: 15-18 mins. If defrosted reduce time to 10-12 mins. * Times vary depending on oven. *

** BACK IN STOCK SOON Alaskan Pollock fillets, skinless and boneless. The Alaskan Pollock is a close relative of the Cod species. When cooked it has a similar texture and flavour although the flesh is not quite as white. These 7-8oz fillets make a great alternative and are much cheaper than the Cod and Haddock fillets.
