Alaskan Pollock fillets - wild caught in Alaska, skinless & boneless. The Alaskan Pollock is a close relative of the Cod species. When cooked it has a similar texture & flavour although the flesh is not quite as white, they make a great alternative to Cod or Haddock as the price is lower. Each Fillet weighs 7-8ozĀ
Pollock Fillets (Alaskan) skinless and boneless 7-8 oz fillets.Ā Approx. 4-5 fillets per pack depending on size.
Pre-heat the oven to 180/190 deg C. Put the fish on a sheet of baking parchment on a baking sheet, brush with a little oil, then grate over the lemon zest and season with black pepper.Ā From frozen:Ā 15-18 mins. If defrosted reduce time to 10-12 mins. * Times vary depending on oven. *
