Defrost and treat as fresh. Tuna is great pan fried, heat a little oil in a pan until very hot, so hot that the Tuna sizzles when added to the pan. Just cook for 2-3 minutes each side, the Tuna will be seared and will melt in your mouth. Serve with salad or your favouite vegetables.
