Cook from frozen: Pre-heat your oven to 200c / 180c fan assisted. REMOVE ALL PACKAGING. Place the fishcakes on a pre-heated baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 2o minutes. Ovens vary so these times may need adjusting a few minutes either way. Ensure the fishcakes are hot in the centre before serving.
