Super white squid / calamari with a light golden breadcrumb. A super snack for after school, a light lunch or treat at supper time. Easy and quick to cook. Serve with mayo or spicy mayo for dipping.
We also have Salt & Pepper squid, battered and ready to oven bake.
Add frozen squid rings to a hot wok and fry for 3-4 minutes, add your vegetables, chilli, herbs etc and fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Squid does not take long to cook. If you prefer to defrost first reduce cooking times bu a couple of minutes.
