Tilapia Fillets are best cooked grilled or on the BBQ. Defrost first either overnight in the fridge or a few hours at room temperature. Grill: under a medium hot grill, add a little butter and cook for approximatley 15 minutes until the Tilapia is cooked through. BBQ: cook from defrosted also, add the Tilapia to a hot BBQ and grill for 10-15 minutes, turn once.

Marie Rayner –
This was a fabulous tasting fish Fresh and delicious. I served it simply dusted with some finely ground pistachio nuts and lemon zest and then panfried in olive oil. Served with lemon wedges for squeezing over top. I highly recommend!
