These lovely breaded cod loins are super easy to cook, they bake from frozen in just 25 minutes and taste amazing. 4 large portions per order. Each portion is 5-6oz.

Pre-heat your oven to 190c. Place the frozen Breaded Cod Loins onto a preheated baking tray and oven bake for approx. 25 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the cod is hot in the centre.
