Grill: pre-heat the grill to medium hot and grill on each side for 8-10 minutes. BBQ: same as grill. Oven: pre-heat your oven to 190c, place the chicken breasts in an oven proof dish and bake for 25 minutes turning at least once. Check the Chicken is hot in the centre before serving and serve with a green salad or your favourite vegetables.
