Haddock fillet topped with small florets of broccoli, Leek and a light cheese sauce, finished with crushed golden croutons. A customer and Seafresh staff favourite that is very tasty and very easy to cook from our oven ready range. A perfect dish for all of us who need 36 hours in a day.
Breaded haddock fillet topped with broccoli, leek and cheese sauce.
For best results we recommend oven baking from frozen: Pre-heat oven to 190 deg C. Place in oven proof dish or baking tray and cook for 25 mins. Make sure the toppers are hot in the centre before serving.
Haddock fillet. Haddock Sauce: (water, broccoli, leeks, cheddar cheese, modified starch, skimmed milk powder, skimmed milk, mustard, wheatflour, salt, onion powder, sugar, spice extract, herb extract.
